Creating an actionable plan is the first step to successful staging. During our consultation, we will set goals, discuss your timeline, consider your budget for upgrades and repairs, and conduct an interior and exterior walk-through of your property. Within two business days, you will receive a detailed staging report with actionable items to prepare your home for the market.
Consultations can be conducted in person in the Greater Portland, Maine area. Remote consultations are also available.
2025 pricing: $300, which may be applied toward the cost of occupied or unoccupied staging services
Staging services will be quoted in your report, and are likely more affordable than you may think.
occupied staging
If you are going to be living in your home while it is on the market, we will help you stage it to sell by curating and arranging existing furniture and decor to give your property wide appeal to likely buyers. At your request, we will complete the desired look using our beautiful inventory of quality furniture, artwork, and decorative items.
Pricing varies, depending greatly upon the quantity and size of furnishings and decor that we will be providing.
unoccupied staging
We will design, deliver, install furnishings and decor to present a warm and inviting environment that highlights the strengths of your property and is tailored to the wants and needs of your likely buyers.
Our base package for vacant homes includes: your consultation, curb appeal, entry/foyer, living room, kitchen, dining room/ eating area, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, hallways and landings, and one additional bedroom or small room such as an office. Additional rooms are priced separately.

a la carte services
It is our pleasure to provide a la carte services, such as single room staging, paint color consultations, picture day services, rush services, etc. Please inquire to discuss your specific needs.
